CARING FOR YOUR BOARD

• Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry it standing upright.
• Never soak it or put it in the dishwasher.
• Oil it about once a month with board conditioner to keep the wood from drying out.
• Keep hot pans off the epoxy. It's made for serving, not as a trivet.
• Avoid long stretches in direct sunlight to protect the epoxy's color.
